The platform is optimized for users traveling in or planning journeys within India. To use our service, you must verify your identity using an Indian mobile phone number via One-Time Password (OTP) verification.
2. Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive to provide the most precise and real-time data, RailSafar pulls scheduled information, seat availability, delays, platform numbers, and PNR statuses from commercial third-party interfaces (via RapidAPI). We do NOT represent the official Indian Railways, CRIS, or IRCTC databases directly:
- No Guarantees: Train running status, platform schedules, and seat predictions are subject to sudden operational changes. Always verify critical boarding times with official station announcements.
- No Financial/Booking Handling: RailSafar is solely a search, tracking, and query assistant. We do not process direct ticket bookings, cancellations, or refunds.
3. Limitation of Liability
RailSafar, its developers, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by reliance on our platform's information. This includes, but is not limited to: missed trains, connection failures, delayed schedules, travel cancellations, fare changes, or seat discrepancies.
4. Intellectual Property
The "RailSafar" logo, brand markings, chat design system, custom scripts, and backend system infrastructure are the intellectual property of RailSafar and its authors. You may not replicate, scrape, automate, or reverse engineer any part of our web application without explicit prior written authorization.
5. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure high availability and prevent abuse of our AI models and third-party APIs, we request that you use our services fairly. Automated scraping, bulk queries, spamming OTP pathways, or attempting to breach our security mechanisms is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate phone-number and IP banning.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
